Carrier Advocacy Coverage Letter for Genicular artery embolization (GAE)

The genicular artery embolization evidence-based letter was written by IR physicians that are members of SIR's Carrier Advocacy Workgroup. The letter is intended to help IRs during the authorization, appeal and denial process with any payor denying this service.
