Johnson & Johnson MedTech announced that they’ve received a binding offer from Quantum Surgical Incorporated to acquire their NEUWAVE business line. J&J had previously announced that it was discontinuing this product, but the deal means that NEUWAVE will still be available for practices in the United States.
