Collaboration and endorsements

Collaborations are multi-organizational efforts towards one goal

Endorsement is for documents that fully meet SIR methodology standards and SIR can endorse all of the recommendations.  SIR representatives are usually included in the writing panel and during the review process.

Affirmation of value is for documents that SIR leadership feels is of benefit to the membership.  Documents either do not fully meet SIR methodology standards, or SIR cannot endorse all of the recommendations.
