SIR and SIR Foundation maintain separate bylaws for both SIR and SIR Foundation. The SIR Bylaws represent the official written rules for conduct for the organizations. The bylaws are, in effect, a contract among members and must be formally adopted and/or amended. SIR’s bylaws provide the rules/information regarding offices, membership, meetings and vote of members, leadership and organizational structure, amendments and miscellaneous items.
