• Registration for this in-person meeting includes all educational activities on Friday, Jan. 29 and Saturday, Jan. 30; 2027; breakfast and lunch on Friday, and Saturday; all breaks; and welcome reception on Friday; access to the Exhibit Hall, lounges, and all consulting activities. 

• If you are a full SIR member, your registration includes a free non-MD registration.

•  3-person team member: $1,590 (at least 1 attendee must be an SIR member, no MDs) before the early bird pricing; after early bird pricing, $1,690
• 3-person team non-member: $2,590 (no SIR members) before the early bird pricing; after early bird pricing, $2,690
• Additional team member: $750 before early bird pricing; after early bird pricing, $850

• Yes, residents in training are welcome to attend the meeting. The early bird rate is $495 for SIR members.

• Registration Cancellation
  Cancellations received in writing by Jan. 15 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after Jan. 15. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to meetings@sirweb.org. Canceling your meeting registration doesn't cancel your room reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to cancel your room.   
• Housing Cancellation
  All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. If you cancel within the hotel's cancellation policy or no show, the hotel will either retain the deposit or charge your credit card one night's room and tax. Checking out of your hotel prior to your scheduled departure date could result in an "Early Departure Fee" equal to one night's room and tax.

Note: Canceling your hotel reservations doesn't cancel your meeting registration. Please contact meetings@sirweb.org to cancel your meeting registration per the policy above.

• In-person to virtual live
  Yes, if you would like to switch from in-person to virtual live, you can do so, up until the first day of the meeting, Jan. 29. You will be refunded the difference between both registration types less a $100 administrative fee. If your registration is connected to another person who is coming onsite, you will need to purchase a new registration.
• Virtual live to in-person
  If you would like to switch from virtual live to in-person registration, you can do so by paying the difference. If you are an MD, your new In-person registration, will allow you a second free registration for a non MD attendee who must be in-person as well.

• SIR Meeting Code of Conduct
