JVIR is delighted to welcome the 2026–2027 Resident Editorial Fellows: Sean T. Pianka, MD, PhD (Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, MA), Aakash Gupta, MD (Stanford University, Stanford, CA), and Dyda Dao, MD, MSc (University of California San Diego, San Diego, CA).

The JVIR Resident Editorial Fellowship provides immersive training in academic publishing and editorial leadership. Editorial fellows build a strong foundation for long-term engagement in scholarly communication and journal leadership. As emerging leaders in interventional radiology, these fellows represent the next generation of scholarly publishing. We look forward to the insight, curiosity, and rigor they will bring to the JVIR editorial community in the year ahead.
