Have you been working on a data-driven quality improvement (QI) project for your group or department? If so, we invite you to submit your project for consideration for the 3rd Annual Quality and Performance Improvement (QPI) Division Forum at the SIR Annual Meeting this April.

Submissions should include the project title and authors, as well as an abstract focused on a QI project that includes baseline data and improvement plan, along with any data generated during the project, and the resulting practice changes or lessons learned.

Selected projects will be featured at the QPI Division Forum, providing an international platform to highlight your team’s efforts, exchange ideas with colleagues and inspire quality improvement across the SIR community.
