NEW: Vertebral augmentation carrier advocacy letter now available!
SIR's Carrier Advocacy Workgroup has developed a new evidence-based coverage letter for percutaneous vertebral augmentation for symptomatic vertebral compression fractures. This letter is free to SIR members and was created to help our members overturn carrier policy, denied authorizations and denied claims.
