We’re excited to announce the release of SIR Standardized Reports version 3.2, featuring nearly 200 interventional radiology procedure report templates. Built in a consistent, structured format, these templates help ensure key clinical details are captured clearly and uniformly across all procedure types.

Version 3.2 introduces several enhancements: new procedure reports, cleaner terminology, improved formatting and a full coding review from our economics team to help keep everything accurate and compliant.
