NEW! Download the carrier advocacy letter for Botox for hernia repair
SIR's carrier advocacy workgroup has developed a new evidence-based coverage letter for preoperative botulinum toxin injection to optimize fascial closure in patients undergoing repair of large or complex ventral or incisional hernias. This letter is free to SIR members and was created to help our members overturn carrier policy, denied authorizations, and denied claims.
