Government Affairs Committee welcomes new chair
The Government Affairs Committee welcomed Roger Tomihama, MD, MBA, as its new chair. Dr. Tomihama will also serve as the co-chair of the Resident Advocacy Subcommittee. The Government Affairs Committee champions important government policy issues related to IR practices, such as Medicare reimbursement reform, removing barriers to care, easing administrative burdens, and training and educating the next generation of the IR workforce.
