The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has released 2025 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance feedback and final scores, which will determine clinicians’ Medicare payment adjustments in 2027. Payment adjustment information is expected to be available in approximately one month. Interventional radiologists participating in MIPS are encouraged to review their final scores and performance feedback by logging into the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website using their HARP credentials.

The targeted review period will remain open until 30 days after CMS releases the 2027 MIPS payment adjustments. Clinicians are encouraged to review their scores promptly and submit any necessary requests before the deadline.
