CMS publishes final rules for 2027 physician payments
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) issued the final rules for the 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule (MPFS) and Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC).
SIR’s Economics Division is reviewing both rules and will issue a summary soon.
