Promotion of your symposium will be included in all meeting materials delivered directly to 
attendees.

Corporate symposia are held in the meeting's general session room and do not require the 
sponsor to make audiovisual arrangements. Meal service is provided by SIR for breakfast 
and lunch sessions, respectively.

The meeting A/V setup is included for use in your symposium session. Due to the corporate 
symposia being held in a session room, there is insufficient time for AV changes.

EDGE exhibitor badge registration

How to register
  1. Please begin at the registration page.
  2. Log in with your SIR username and password (first-time registrants will need to create new credentials). Confirm your billing and contact information.
  3. Complimentary exhibitor badges are based on your purchase of a standard exhibit plus whether your company has a corporate membership (CAP Partner) with SIR. Additional exhibitor registrations are priced as posted on the registration information page.
  4. You may select to Register Now (yourself) or Register Someone Else (company personnel)
  5. Proceed to the Registration Summary page and scroll to the bottom.
  • Click on "Pay Now for this Registrant."
  • To receive each eligible complimentary badge, a coupon promo code must be entered in the Item Summary section. Please contact Liam McNicholl at lmcnicholl@sirweb.org for this code. Once received, enter the code in the “Add Coupon or Promo Code” field and click “Apply.” This will discount your price to $0. The payment section will not require you to enter payment information.

Exhibitors are responsible for purchasing electrical services through the provided electrical order service form for their tabletop exhibits. All power requirements must be ordered at the exhibiting company's expense by Friday, October 23, 2026.

To order power to your tabletop exhibit or if you purchased a corporate symposium and require any additional AV other than the standard set-up in the general session meeting space, please proceed to order your needs as follows:
