Toolkit for NPs and PAs in IR

The NP/PA section’s Clinical Practice Committee has created an onboarding toolkit that includes essential information for NPs and PAs in IR. This benefit is only available for SIR members to access, whether they are NPs and PAs who are new to IR or for IRs to share with their new team members. This series was created to support the NP or PA in IR, to increase their knowledge-base and to enhance patient care within IR.

This peer-reviewed resource was produced over the span of many months. The documents were authored by committee members, with an initial review with their local IRs, review and discussion within the committee and then conducted final reviews with members of SIR’s Clinical Specialty Councils. The resources are organized by clinical and procedural topics, with additional content slated to be released in the future.
