Exhibiting

Exhibiting at EDGE ensures your company's presence at SIR's focused education course geared towards interventional radiologists seeking to introduce or expand service lines within their practices. Programming tracks are dedicated to portal hypertension, Y-90/TARE, peripheral arterial disease and interventional pain.

Standard Tabletop Exhibit: $4,750

EDGE promises to provide exhibitors with the opportunity to promote their IR technologies through tabletop exhibits in high traffic areas immediately proximate to the conference's general session room, and through complimentary participation in hands-on workshops.

CAP Partners will receive additional exhibiting registration benefits.

Exhibitors will be responsible for purchasing electrical and package handling services as needed.

Hands-on workshop "Special Skills" participation

EDGE will feature a number of hands-on workshops called "Special Skills" integrated into the educational program. As CME sessions, we will reach out to your company to request specific device demonstrations to support to facility-led hands-on training. Please feel free to reach out to Christian Lopez at clopez@sirweb.org for any questions.

Corporate symposia

Deliver your company's message in an exclusive, 45-minute session that will be presented seamlessly within the course day. 

Promotion of your symposium will be included in all meeting materials delivered directly to attendees.

Corporate symposia are held in the meeting's general session room and do not require the sponsor to make audiovisual arrangements. Meal service will be provided by SIR for breakfast and lunch sessions, respectively.

The meeting A/V setup will be included for use in your symposium session (upgrades may be arranged with the hotel A/V service provider). Presentations should be brought to the AV technician at least one hour in advance for uploading and to address any questions.

Corporate email blasts to a curated audience

SIR will send an eblast of your content, messaging, and design, to a targeted list of subscribed SIR physicians. Opportunity must be utilized in calendar year 2024 – please inquire if this timing does not suit your strategy.

Exhibitors will be responsible for purchasing electrical services through the provided electrical order service form for their tabletop exhibits. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Required installation and removal charge
• Dedicated circuit
• Power strip
