Please file the below form with the Grand Hyatt before any shipping to the meeting. The hotel can receive and store your boxes up to (3) business days prior to the event. Boxes must be paid for in advance with the attached form. A $10 per box or $150 per pallet handling fee will apply. Exhibitors who have submitted this form may experience delays in receiving boxes on-site.

Exhibitor badge instructions

Every individual at the meeting must have an authorized badge. Three complimentary badges are included with your tabletop exhibits contract; four are included with 10'x10' contracts. Additional exhibitor badges are $500 each.

Having your personnel register themselves using their own, unique login and password is highly recommended.

 

To register

  • You will be asked to enter your email address. The system will check to see if you have an email account with SIR. If you do, click the login link and proceed to log in. If not, you will be asked to create an account. You may then register for the meeting.
  • On the “Registration Information” step, please use the “Your Price” drop-down menu to select the Exhibitor rate of $500. Discounts are applied at checkout and are not reflected in the current total.
  • Click on “Proceed now for this registrant”.
  • Proceed through the menus and begin the checkout process. Exhibitors are eligible for three complimentary exhibitor badges.
