Exhibitor badge instructions

Every individual at the meeting must have an authorized badge. Three complimentary badges are included with your exhibits contract. Additional exhibitor badges are $500 each.

Having your personnel register themselves using their own, unique login and password is highly recommended.


To register

  • You will be asked to enter your email address. The system will check to see if you have an email account with SIR. If you do, click the login link and proceed to log in. If not, you will be asked to create an account. You may then register for the meeting.
  • On the “Registration Information” step, please use the “Your Price” drop-down menu to select the Exhibitor rate of $500. Discounts are applied at checkout and are not reflected in the current total.
