Exhibitor badge instructions

Every individual at the meeting must have an authorized badge. Three complimentary badges are included with your exhibits contract. Additional exhibitor badges are $500 each.

Having your personnel register themselves using their own, unique login and password is highly recommended.

 

To register

  • Badge registration will be made available as soon as possible.
  • You will be asked to enter your email address. The system will check to see if you have an email account with SIR. If you do, click the login link and proceed to log in. If not, you will be asked to create an account. You may then register for the meeting.
  • On the “Registration Information” step, please use the “Your Price” drop-down menu to select the Exhibitor rate of $500. Discounts are applied at checkout and are not reflected in the current total.
  • Click on “Proceed now for this registrant”.
  • Proceed through the menus and begin the checkout process. Exhibitors are eligible for three complimentary exhibitor badges. To receive a complimentary badge, enter EXHCOMP in the “Add Coupon or Promo Code" field. This will reduce your registration rate to $0. Please note: Registrants using this discount code are not eligible to receive CME/SAM credit at this meeting.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). The Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR) is accredited by the ACCME to provide medical education for physicians.

The Society of Interventional Radiology designates this live activity for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This program will be approved for self-assessment CME credits (SA-CME) by the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR). SIR is awarded Deemed Status by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
