What is Y-90: The Complete Course?

For the past six years, our industry partners have found this course uniquely helps them build invaluable relationships with 125+ IRs and faculty experts with particular focus in interventional oncology. This course features motivated learners in an intimate environment, with hands-on training opportunities for those treating or seeking to train in this advanced therapy for hepatic malignancies. See the album from the 2016 Y-90 meeting

About the course

This three-day course, designed with lectures, panel discussions, case scenarios and hands-on workshops, will offer the most in-depth, comprehensive and challenging curriculum available for clinical teams interested in initiating, developing or strengthening their practice in this exciting aspect of interventional oncology.

The one-day Authorized User (AU) part of this course incorporates pre-course web lectures with the requisite training and testing that qualifies attendees to apply for AU status for intra-arterial Y-90 in the treatment of hepatic malignancies.

The following two-day advanced Y-90 portion of the course is open to both the AU participants and also more experienced users as a standalone course that will present more complex topics, including challenging anatomy, therapy for specific primary and secondary hepatic malignancies including radioembolization in combination with other therapies, retreatment, post-procedural care and follow up and management of complications.

Shipping information

Storage: $50.00 per day, up to 25 boxes. Storage over 25 boxes incurs an additional $25.00 per day. Pallets or heavy items requiring pallet jack or fork lift also incur an additional $25.00 per day.* Boxes will be stored in the Banquet Storage Area.

Delivery: $2.00 per box or $20 per pallet paid to the delivery team member.

*We request extensive exhibitor shipments be handled through a drayage company.

Shipments will be accepted 2 days prior to group arrival.

Hands-on workshops

This year's meeting will continue the successful format of two hands-on demonstration sessions with industry. One will be a Y-90 radioembolic bead "delivery workshop."  The other will be a "coils and wires workshop" for instruments in side branch embolization.

Once your company exhibit application is complete, follow these steps to receive exhibitor badges for your individual representatives.

Exhibitors are eligible for 3 complimentary registration badges. Corporate Ambassador Program (CAP) partners are eligible for additional complimentary exhibitor badges based on their CAP level:

Once your complimentary badges are fulfilled, additional exhibitor badges are $275 each.

Having your personnel register themselves using their own, unique SIR login and password is highly recommended.


To register: 

  • Click on the register now button.
  • You will be asked to enter your email address. The system will check to see if you have an email account with SIR. If you do, click the login link and proceed to log in. If not, you will be asked to create an account. You may then register for the meeting.
  • When on the “registration information” step of the registration process, please use the drop down next to the “your price” text to select the appropriate exhibitor rate. The system will automatically display “Exhibitor CAP” or “Exhibitor non-CAP” depending on your companies CAP status. If it is incorrect, you may proceed with registration, but please let SIR know so that we can update your account.
