SIR Member List Rental

There are two types of lists: the SIR membership list or the SIR Annual Scientific Meeting attendee list. Corporate members of the Society receive one complimentary mailing list annually and a discounted member rate for subsequent mailings. All mailers are subject to review.

SIR Annual Meeting Mailing List

SIR's Mailing List Policy

When an outside party organizes a meeting whose date and region conflicts directly with or within three weeks prior to or following an SIR meeting and requests the opportunity to purchase the SIR mailing list, the request may not be fulfilled. If approved, the list will be charged a flat rate of $5,000. This policy was implemented to ensure that SIR members are given the greatest opportunity to attend and participate in the Society’s meetings. You can also market your event on the SIR Web site by posting your meeting online.
