SIRPAC’s ability to support key leaders is directly
dependant upon your generous support.
To date, SIRPAC has received over $100,000 in contributions from over 300 SIR members. This achievement has boosted SIRPAC to the #2 PAC in Radiology, thus completing a goal of the SIR Strategic Plan.
The November 2006 election cycle was monumental for the Society of Interventional Radiology. This was the first cycle where SIRPAC played a role in influencing Congressional campaigns. SIRPAC contributed to forty-seven Members of Congress, disbursing over $52,000. Of those forty-seven Members that SIR supported, forty-four were re-elected, giving SIRPAC a 94% success rate!
